Registration for training
Pre-registrations are recorded in order of receipt. Pre-registration allows you to reserve a place. Pre-registration is effective when we have received payment on the Mycelium Design asbl CCPLLULL LU61 1111 7226 0855 0000 account.
All online payments automatically confirm registrations.
The payment of the deposit or of the whole of a training implies full adherence to these General Conditions of Mycelium Design asbl without any other document being signed.
In the event of cancellation by the participant, a refund will be made. It will be 100% of the training costs if the withdrawal takes place more than 90 days before the start of the course and 50% if the withdrawal takes place between 90 and 30 days before the start of the course.
Any balance must be paid no more than 30 clear days before the start of the training.
A full deduction will take place in the event of cancellation by the participant less than 30 days before the start of the course.
In the event of registration less than 30 clear days before the start of the training, all training costs must be paid upon registration.
Failure to pay the balance within the allotted period will be considered a cancellation.
The following alternative is possible if it meets the following two criteria which are inseparable:
The participant who wishes to cancel his training can propose a replacement who will take over the training contract in its entirety by returning a duly completed registration form, at least three days before the start of the training.
Payment for the training of the replacement participant must be paid into the account of Mycelium Design asbl before the start of the training.
In this case, upon receipt of payment on our bank account by the replacement participant, we will reimburse the “outgoing” participant for the amounts paid, deducted from a lump sum of? 25 for administrative and accounting costs.
If the participant decides to shorten his training on his own, no refund will be due.
In case of cancellation by the organizer, if the number of registrants is not sufficient in particular, the registration fees will be fully reimbursed, without giving the right to additional compensation.
In the event that a participant cannot attend training or should be absent during training for a case of force majeure (death of a family member in a direct line or accident / illness) and on the basis of a medical certificate, you can postpone your training provided that the entire internship has been paid.
Permaculture Design Certificate Course of 6 x 2 days (12 days in total): the 90 hours of training are inseparable and consecutive. If you are not sure of following the complete training, we thank you for not registering because you will reinforce the cohesion of the group and you will create financial damage because Mycelium Design will claim the balance to cover the structural, administrative and educational costs. In the event of force majeure (death of a family member in direct line or accident / illness) and on the basis of a medical certificate, you can postpone your training subject to payment of the balance of the training to be followed.

We do not accept checks.
Content of training
The training content given in the presentation documents (brochures, website, etc.) is provided for information only and is subject to change due to weather, season, etc. and the availability of stakeholders.
We draw your attention to the fact that theoretical lessons take place in the context of places where there are animals and pollen. If you are allergic to animal hair (cats / dogs / sheep) and / or grasses (hay), we invite you to make the necessary arrangements or to contact your doctor. We invite you to do the same, if you are allergic to insect bites (wasps, bees, etc.). No refund will be made if you have to leave a training course due to allergies.
Please respect the instructions of the trainers as well as the safety framework stated at the beginning of each training with regard to the training location. In the event of a serious problem hampering the smooth running of the training, the organizers reserve the right to dismiss a participant. In this case, the training costs will be reimbursed in proportion to the days of training not carried out, without payment of any compensation.
Car sharing and social design of training
To encourage carpooling and reduce the carbon footprint linked to transport to the training location, we will send you a list with the name + first name + email address + mobile phone + departure city of all participants in your training. In the same document, we will organize shared meals. If you do not wish to be included in this list, we invite you to contact us so that we can remove you from the list.
Use of your personal data
Images (photos or films) can be produced by the organizers or by a person authorized by them, during the training. The organizers reserve the right to publish these images for the communication of the farm or any publications. In the event that a participant does not wish to appear on these media, he is invited to expressly inform the organizers.
Mycelium Design complies with the conditions of the applicable data protection regulations and other privacy laws. Your contact details are collected for internal management reasons and will not be communicated to third parties.
Each participant must have taken out appropriate insurance for the activities practiced during the training. In the event of bodily injury (not caused by a third party) occurring during the training, including during the practical activities offered as part of the training, it is the individual accident insurance of the participant which covers it.
Mycelium Design declares that it has taken out civil liability insurance with Foyer Luxembourg s.a. This civil liability insurance covers bodily, material and immaterial damage resulting from bodily injury or guaranteed material damage caused to others.
If the participant is given a specific course material, he is authorized to use it for his personal use only; this medium must not be distributed, photocopied, made available on the internet or published, except with the written authorization of the author.
In the event of a dispute between parties or legal proceedings for payment, only the courts on which our head office depends.
The applicable law is Luxembourg law. The parties accept, within the framework of their relations, electronic means of proof (for example: email, computer backups, etc.).
